Networking at the recent first anniversary celebrations Business Network Pennine Lancashire
The Pennine Lancashire group of The Business Network will be going for gold at its next networking lunch at Stanley House, Mellor on Tuesday, 15 May.
The free pre-lunch seminar asks the leading question: “Does your business Go for Gold?” when network member, Karen Credie of KMC HR Consulting, presents “Potential for excellence – getting the best out of yourself and your employees”.
Karen, who has 20 years’ experience in HR, believes there is more to HR than writing contracts and policies. She wants her audience to take a fresh look at HR and asks: “Do you want to get more enjoyment out of your working day? Do you want to see your employees flourish and reach their true potential? Do you want to feel challenged, motivated and appreciated? Then I can help.”
